Ryan Leahy is principal and broker of Austin based mortgage lender, Leahy and Associates. In addition to being a Certified Mortgage Planning Specialist-a designation achieved by less than 1% of mortgage brokers nationwide-Ryan is also one of two Certified Divorce Planners in the State of Texas. Ryan has been a licensed loan officer since 2002, and a broker since 2004.
The function of a Certified Divorce Planning Professional (CDPP) is to help individuals in the process of, or considering, a divorce manage their assets, credit, and debts while remaining financially intact during and after the process.
